Good Friend Tyre Co., Ltd, a joint-stock company with Hong Kong, is located in Boai Industrial Zone, Jiaozuo city, Henan Province. The company is devoted to producing and selling all steel radial tyre. And the company with the registered fund of 100 million RMB and fixed assets of 500 million, is the member of Chinese Rubber Industry Association. The legal person is Wang Liqi.
There are over 800 employees, including 420 persons of higher educational certification staff, senior engineers and technicians, taking 52.5 percent of the total numbers. It is technical and scientific company with high ability of research and development. The main products are all steel radial tyres, diagonal tyres and so on, so as to develop structure of various products. The products have acquired the safety certification issued by CCC, American DOT, European ECE and ISO9001, international quality system of 2000 and have been exported to the U.S.A., Europe and Southeast Asia. At present, Good Friend Company owns over 100 marketing sites and has established harmonious cooperation relationship with Chunlan Group, Nanjing Motor Car Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Jinggong Business Motor Car Manufacturing Group.
Good Friend Tyre Co., Ltd has an advance location and convenient traffic, with bamboo groves to the west and national scenic spot Qingtian River to the north. The railways from Jiaozuo to Zhicheng, Zhengzhou to Taiyuan and the expressways from Jiaozuo to Zhengzhou, Changyuan to Jiyuan, Jiaozuo to Jincheng, Jiaozuo to Wenxian are all gather together here. It is only 3 kilometers from the company to Yueshan Railway Station, which is the biggest goods-classified station in north Henan.
In 2005, the company invested 560 million RMB to construct the production line, which could produce 1.2 million sets of all steel radial tyres. 300 million RMB was invested to the 1st Period Project, now producing 300 thousand tyres per year. The 2nd Period Project was invested 200 million RMB, which could produce 600 thousand tyres per year, is under construction. The 3rd Period Project, producing 300 thousand tyres, will be finished in 2008.At that time, the company will have the ability to produce 1.2 million all steel radial tyres and realize the sales income of 2 billion RMB.
